the room included a writing desk and complimentary bottled water. turndown service delivered chocolates each evening. the bathroom had a separate soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

Lovely stay

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. THE towels were the best of any luxury hotel I have ever stayed at. The in-room coffee bar provided fresh milk in glass bottles.
Two of four elevators were out of service, WHICH caused slight irritation.

The hotel benefits from a central setting. It is conveniently accessible. I found it easy to reach various attractions. Its location contributed positively to my travel experience. The hotel offers excellent transport links.

The breakfast offers both continental and hot options. EVERY item was of the highest quality. I liked the availability of fresh milk in the coffee bar. I hosted afternoon tea and all of us enjoyed it throughly.

flawless stay!
early access bedroom suite proactive housekeeping comprehensive turndown
The hotel gave early access to a room at 8am. this was very helpful after a long flight. our room was upgraded to a luxurious one bedroom suite. It was very spacious. housekeeping proactively provided extra coffee and water. the rooms were super clean and the turndown service was comprehensive.
the reduced hours in the club lounge closed at 9 pm. this was not ideal for late night relaxation.

The staff shared helpful tips and information for an enjoyable stay. staff members resolved issues without being asked, and their dedication was evident. They anticipated needs. the attention to detail was excellent. overall service was perfect.

the club lounge offered delicious breakfasts until 12 pm. afternoon tea and later canapés were also available. champagne, cocktails and wine were available too. the artesian bar cocktails are very inventive and worth trying, for sure.

the hotel offered easy access to transport, including uber, taxi, and bus. the elizabeth line offers quick transport from heathrow. it is very close to marylebone and not too far from regent street.

The executive room was immaculate and the bed comfortable. Sound proofing was great. the bathroom was roomy. the bath was enjoyable after a long day of walking. daily cards left by the turndown staff shared the langham's history.
