excellent service onion soup great food usb plugs small gym crowded gym
the brasserie joël was great. natalia provided really excellent service there. the food was amazing!!! i especially liked the french onion soup.
the room did not have usb plugs. i was surprised by this lack. most hotels provide these standard these days. the gym was a bit small and crowded during peak hours.

friendly service attentive staff tasty food broken phone ac malfunction dark room
illy coffee shop provided a friendly experience. alba and brunei offered attentive service. i thought the food tasted good and the coffee was amazing. the coffee shop appears a nice place for families to enjoy food and drink.
The ac and light were off while i slept. this made the room dark and hot. the phone also did not work. I found this inconvenient. i would have liked those things to work.

convenient location useful amenities really good service
The location proved convenient. I could easily walk to major attractions. My room had useful amenities including a microwave and eating utensils. The staff offered really good service. Tony, the bellboy, was very helpful. Cleaning service by Amina from Somalia was great!
I found the experience problematic because the room I initially booked, though confirmed via the app, was very unclean upon arrival late at night.

The room featured complete amenities including eating utensils and a microwave. The size was good. The beds felt very comfortable and the room was quiet. A separate living room also provided additional space for relaxation. This was quite valuable.

Breakfast service had a amazing view overlooking iconic landmarks. This enhanced the experience. The hotel offers fresh and tasty food when ordered to the room. Choice was generally sufficient, but the queue for tea or coffee was sometimes annoying!

Mariana demonstrated really good service, politeness, and a great attitude. This made a difference. Bianca provided really good service during a family visit. Tony, the bell boy, proved helpful throughout my stay. Amina from Somalia offered great assistance.

The location is amazing. Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and a pier are within walking distance. Waterloo train station is also close. This facilitates easy access to transport. Elevators moved quickly. The location is generally safe for families.

The illy coffee shop offered excellent service. Alba and brunei were very friendly. the coffee was amazing!!! the food tasted great too. its location proved a nice spot to relax with family.
the air conditioning and lights were off when i slept. it got dark and hot. the phone was not working either. the experience was really not good.

amazing location relaxing swimming pool good size room missed cleaning delayed cleaning missing towels
the location is amazing , so central. the swimming pool is great and really relaxing. the room was a good size and had a bath.
the cleaning was not done one day , even though i arrived to the room late. another day the cleaning was not done when i arrived , and i had to wait downstairs. another day the cleaning lady forgot that there were three of us in the room , so she only left two towels.
