the location was convenient for my plans. the beds were comfortable and the pillows were soft. i also appreciated the bathroom, it was big and the shower was powerful.
the breakfast was overpriced for what was offered. i noticed the scrambled eggs looked like soup. the bacon looked to be rubbery and i found better options outside.

The staff was both helpful and friendly. I appreciated the proximity to the park and numerous inner city cafes. I received assistance with a late check out and always was greeted with a smile. The hotel is near Atocha rail station and a short walk from the city center, about 20 minutes to Plaza Mayor.
My room did not have slippers, and basic toiletries were only provided after I called the reception.
