the LOCATION was excellent, very central for moving around. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast had good quality food.

broken air conditioning
The air conditioning didn't work. this wasn't communicated at check-in. the front desk personnel was rude and raised his voice. There was no need for that!

The staff was friendly and offered good customer service, so that was acceptable.
My room wasn't very clean. Some parts had dust. The hallway noise was excessive. I could hear people talking loudly. it woke me up during the night.

I liked the helpful staff. They were really quick to help with an iron when I needed one. Breakfast was varied and tasty, something I look forward to when traveling. The hotel location is central. I was near everything.
The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. Sometimes it would get too hot or too cold, a little annoying.

I found the bed spacious. It felt VERY comfortable. My room faced the building's back. It was super quiet. The breakfast offered many options. I appreciated it. The staff were friendly. I appreciated their good service.
The water temperature varied a lot in the shower, so be careful.

Staff members are attentive and provided good service. The receptionist quickly upgraded my room. That gave me a fine palace VIEW. The hotel personnel was very helpful and assisted me with all questions.

I found the hotel to be in a great location near many attractions. the staff was helpful. They quickly addressed any requests i had. my room was very very comfy and tidy with daily housekeeping services. i also appreciated the blackout curtains which ensured a good night's sleep.
the elevator was a bit slow at times, especially during peak hours.
