central location friendly staff quality food
the LOCATION was excellent, very central for moving around. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast had good quality food.
the air CONDITIONING was not effective enough, especially during the warmer hours.

mixed feelings about my stay
The air conditioning didn't work. this wasn't communicated at check-in. the front desk personnel was rude and raised his voice. There was no need for that!

some issues
excessive noise dusty part
The staff was friendly and offered good customer service, so that was acceptable.
My room wasn't very clean. Some parts had dust. The hallway noise was excessive. I could hear people talking loudly. it woke me up during the night.

Fab stay near the palace

I liked the helpful staff. They were really quick to help with an iron when I needed one. Breakfast was varied and tasty, something I look forward to when traveling. The hotel location is central. I was near everything.
The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. Sometimes it would get too hot or too cold, a little annoying.

The hotel sits very close to town. A short walk will get you to many places. Its easy to get there by bus or train. There are several metro stations nearby for easy access.

quiet room spacious bed friendly staff
I found the bed spacious. It felt VERY comfortable. My room faced the building's back. It was super quiet. The breakfast offered many options. I appreciated it. The staff were friendly. I appreciated their good service.
The water temperature varied a lot in the shower, so be careful.

Staff members are attentive and provided good service. The receptionist quickly upgraded my room. That gave me a fine palace VIEW. The hotel personnel was very helpful and assisted me with all questions.

The room was spacious, with enough space for storage. Sound isolation from outside was good. The desk in the room was large. The shower has good pressure after reaching the right temperature.

central location, excellent service
great location helpful staff clean room blackout curtains
I found the hotel to be in a great location near many attractions. the staff was helpful. They quickly addressed any requests i had. my room was very very comfy and tidy with daily housekeeping services. i also appreciated the blackout curtains which ensured a good night's sleep.
the elevator was a bit slow at times, especially during peak hours.

my room featured a comfortable bed and a spacious layout. i also appreciated the twin basins in the bathroom, it made getting ready much easier. the room provided adequate storage space for luggage and personal items.

the hotel staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. they promptly addressed my inquiries. housekeeping maintained a high level of cleanliness throughout my stay. staff were always willing to assist with directions and recommendations.
