cigarette odor multiple stains
Location was acceptable I guess since a metro station was nearby.
The room reeked of cigarettes. I discovered multiple stains on the bedding. So charming. The staff acted totally bored when I mentioned it.

excellent location useful refrigerator good water pressure
The location was excellent near plaza mayor. I could easily walk to many attractions. the room had a refrigerator which i found very useful for storing drinks and snacks. the shower was great, it provided good water pressure.
the hallway seemed a bit dated, though it was clean.

quick access helpful staff
The location was superb. It allowed quick access to key attractions. The staff demonstrated constant readiness to help with directions. I also liked hotel breakfast area. It was kept clean and well-stocked each morning.
The bathroom design had flaws. Shower water splashed onto the floor easily. There was also very limited ventilation. These aspects made it inconvenient.

fantastic location helpful staff grocery store gelato store
The hotel has a fantastic location near many attractions. i found a gelato store and a grocery store on the ground floor. i could easily walk to plaza mayor and other tourist sites. the staff helped me get a taxi to the airport. I appreciated that.
the hallways felt a bit dated.

The hotel boasts a excellent location. It is near the san miguel market. plaza mayor is also just across the street, with access. many cultural sites, restaurants, and shops surround the hotel.

This hotel provides bicycles to use. I found this very useful. fast wi-fi is available. It was very reliable . the hotel accepted pets. This is a nice option for pet owners. there is also a safe in the rooms.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were always attentive. the receptionists are happy to provide cups or coffee and tea when asked. they helped me with directions and recommendations. i was well taken care of.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
poorly lit stairwell non-functional air conditioning
The hotel has an excellent location in the heart of the city.
The stairwell was poorly lit and had dark tiling. I had difficulty seeing the steps. This caused me to fall. The air conditioning in the room did not work and was stuck on a hot setting.
