central location quiet room good size boring breakfast old hairdryer no facilities
The location was central , close to shopping and attractions. The room was quiet. I stayed on the first floor and did not hear any street noise. The room was a good size TOO.
The breakfast was boring , BUT the staff was excellent. The hairdryer was not working and they provided another old one. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room , which was unusual.

unbeatable location easy exploring helpful staff included breakfast
the location was unbeatable. everything was so close, it made exploring the area super easy. the breakfast included such a bonus too. i found the staff were very helpful during check-in.
the drainage in the bathroom wasn't amazing. it was a very minor issue, though.

the breakfast room offered a selection of pastries, cereals, and fruit. i saw a coffee machine providing various hot beverages. seating included tables for two and larger communal tables, great for families.

Charming Stay Near Gran Via
superb location friendly staff super clean cleanliness fresh selection
The location was superb, close to many shops and restaurants near Gran Via. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room had super clean cleanliness, a comfortable space. The breakfast offered a fresh and good selection of items, which i appreciated.
I noticed there was no kettle in the room, but it wasn't a significant issue.

central location attentive staff
the central location proved advantageous. it allowed for convenient access to various attractions and restaurants. the staff was attentive to requests, quickly providing extra towels and information about nearby places. the room featured adjustable lightingwith flexible ambiance control.
the breakfast buffet selection lacked sufficient variety. it was adequate but could benefit from more options. disposable takeaway mugs were not available.
