The location was central , close to shopping and attractions. The room was quiet. I stayed on the first floor and did not hear any street noise. The room was a good size TOO.
The breakfast was boring , BUT the staff was excellent. The hairdryer was not working and they provided another old one. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room , which was unusual.

the location was unbeatable. everything was so close, it made exploring the area super easy. the breakfast included such a bonus too. i found the staff were very helpful during check-in.
the drainage in the bathroom wasn't amazing. it was a very minor issue, though.

The location was superb, close to many shops and restaurants near Gran Via. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room had super clean cleanliness, a comfortable space. The breakfast offered a fresh and good selection of items, which i appreciated.
I noticed there was no kettle in the room, but it wasn't a significant issue.
