great concierge food options
The Level Access rooms are really worth it. Concierge service was great and there were several food and drink options at breakfast and 5pm tapas (i loved the tapas!). It was walkable to several sightseeing destinations.
The hotel entrance looked a bit difficult to find during my ride.

underwhelming experience
limited pool access extra charges
the staff were friendly and accommodating .
I was very disappointed with the limited access to the pool and spa area. The hotel charges extra after only 40 minutes of usage, a practice i found quite unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

weird layout slippery bathtub
The room had a weird furniture layout. The desk jutted out. It made moving around rather difficult I thought. I nearly wiped out getting out of the tub because it was slippery. There was no helpful grab bar. They only let you use the towel warmer in winter for some strange reason and the toilet paper holders needed some serious flexibility to reach.

The hotel location was very convenient. I could easily walk to the metro and the city center. the room was spacious and clean. breakfast offered multiple options. I found choices for all tastes.
