lively atmosphere central location helpful staff pleasant area
I appreciated the hotel's lively atmosphere and central location. It made exploring easy! the staff were always willing to help with directions and suggestions for places to visit, i found that useful. i enjoyed the courtyard setting with its bar. the hotel provided easy access to transport links.
I found the lighting in the room somewhat dim. It impacted visibility for detailed tasks.

The breakfast included several choices. Fresh fruit and pastries were available daily! the restaurant had reasonable prices. It made dining convenient. a wide range of cocktails were available at the bar. There were many good choices.

the staff responded quickly to requests, and i had no issues! housekeeping was attentive and kept the room tidy. front desk staff provided clear directions, i did found it helpful.

The courtyard offered a unique setting for socializing or relaxing. It was a very special place. the hotel had a speakeasy bar, and it offered a more intimate setting. wi-fi access was free and reliable .

the room had stylish decor, and i liked the garden view! the bed was comfortable and contributed to good sleep quality. a kettle was provided, i liked the fact i could make tea.

the hotel was close to many restaurants and bars, that was very convenient. the hotel provided easy access to transport options, i found them useful. it was a short walk to major attractions! though the taxi was expensive.

dark rooms increased tax
The lighting was horrendous. The rooms were so dark. it was ridiculous. i had to ask for a spare light just so i could put on makeup to go out. it took over an hour for the staff to get us a light. the view from the balcony was terrible.

The room I stayed in was a Roomy. Breakfast included excellent coffee and fresh juice. It was of great quality. I found the staff to be attentive.
The hotel was always crowded. It was often noisy.

underwhelming stay due to noisy room
the location was convenient, allowing quick access to nearby metro stations.
i was given a room above the atrium, this caused significant noise issues late into the night and prevented good sleep, even after requesting a quiet room at check in.
