convenient location helpful staff
the location was really convenient. i could easily walk to several attractions and the metro was close (it's a big plus for exploring). the staff were very helpful and cute.

mixed experience, some issues present
non-functional elevator sewage smell
the location were good for seeing local attractions.
the elevator wasn't working during part of my stay, i think for a few days. this made it difficult to get to my room with luggage. also, a strange sewage smell came and went in my room. i told the staff, but nothing really changed.

excellent stay near luxembourg gardens
convenient location delicious breakfast
i found the location convenient it was close to many attractions and public transport was easily accessible the breakfast was delicious with various options available it set me up perfectly each day. the room provided adequate space for luggage storage which helped keep things tidy it also had a comfortable bed ensuring restful nights

a tender parisian dream
eiffel tower view complimentary snacks attentive staff orthopedic pillows
the eiffel tower view was very dreamy from my room. i felt very lucky to find complimentary snacks and drinks each day, i never expected. the hotel staff was very attentive. i will never forget it. i was also happy to know about free orthopedic pillows.
the breakfast buffet was sometimes repetitive, it is true, even for a short stay. still, i never went hungry.

The hotel offered extra pillows, an unexpected treat. i even borrowed an umbrella from the front desk when it rained one afternoon. leaving my luggage after checkout was so helpful. I felt grateful.

The breakfast had fresh juice. I loved it. i also tasted delicious cheese and a great omelette. though consistent daily, it was certainly a good start to my morning each day.

Many attractions were close, including luxembourg gardens and pantheon. the hotel location was so convenient to st michel, and notre dame. this made exploring the city very easy. I felt so close to everything.

The check-in desk operated twenty-four hours. This was reassuring. housekeeping came each morning ensuring a clean, comfortable room. the staff helped me with my luggage. They were very kind and attentive.

friendly staff beautiful garden
The hotel is very convenient and close to many beautiful attractions!!! Luxemburg garden, Pantheon, and Odeon theater are all nearby. It's easy to reach and the staff are very friendly and professional. I will stay with them again!!!

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
small elevator bathroom smell
The elevator was quite small I barely fit in with my luggage. It also broke down one day so I had to take the stairs. The room was also smaller than I expected it was difficult to move around with my suitcase. There was a strange smell in the bathroom that I couldn't get rid of despite opening the window. The staff seemed uninterested when I brought it up.

a romantic escape
convenient location complimentary drinks friendly staff simple travel
I found the location convenient. It was easy to walk to many attractions. my room included complimentary soft drinks, a lovely touch. the staff was helpful and friendly, always smiling. there are metro stations located very near, so traveling was simple.
the main elevator was out of service and this caused some inconvenience.

The hotel offers a smaller elevator option while the main one undergoes replacement. It's a temporary solution. the lobby had beautiful decorations, especially fitting for the season. a fridge and coffee and tea facilities are in the room.

The hotel sits within a ten minute walk of the notre dame. This made sightseeing effortless. the sorbonne is visible from the front entry. This is magical. luxembourg gardens were a short stroll. This helped me relax.
