the staff were super friendly. they helped with all requests. the room had a terrace. i recommend it. the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean!
our remote was missing for 3 days. i reported it the first night! the water pressure in the shower was weak. there were marks in the shower! some stains marked the carpet.

The shower products smelled beautiful. The scents were so good! I found the furniture very comfortable and modern. The staff were polite and kind. They seemed willing to help with anything, which i valued.
The ventilation system wasn't properly regulated, so the room became hot at night. I found that disappointing. EVERYTHING else was perfect.

The staff was always available to assist with any requests, i found that excellent. my room was very clean. I appreciated the daily housekeeping service. the hotel's proximity to local attractions made sightseeing very convenient.
The elevator was quite small. It barely fit two people with luggage. the room lacked sufficient soundproofing. Street noise was noticeable at times. the breakfast buffet was somewhat limited, i expected more variety.
