friendly staff comfortable room fine view
i found the staff friendly. the room was modern and comfortable. it had a fine view of the streets from the terrace.
the elevators experienced a slight disruption for a short period .

loved the hotel
friendly staff room terrace comfy bed
the staff were super friendly. they helped with all requests. the room had a terrace. i recommend it. the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean!
our remote was missing for 3 days. i reported it the first night! the water pressure in the shower was weak. there were marks in the shower! some stains marked the carpet.

The shower products smelled beautiful. The scents were so good! I found the furniture very comfortable and modern. The staff were polite and kind. They seemed willing to help with anything, which i valued.
The ventilation system wasn't properly regulated, so the room became hot at night. I found that disappointing. EVERYTHING else was perfect.

The hotel features a café near the entrance, easily accessible for a quick snack or coffee. Lunch was very much enjoyed at this café, offering a pleasant experience with fresh ingredients. The ambiance is cozy, a perfect spot for a relaxing break.

The staff was always available to assist with any requests, i found that excellent. my room was very clean. I appreciated the daily housekeeping service. the hotel's proximity to local attractions made sightseeing very convenient.
The elevator was quite small. It barely fit two people with luggage. the room lacked sufficient soundproofing. Street noise was noticeable at times. the breakfast buffet was somewhat limited, i expected more variety.

the hotel staff was friendly .
The room was quite small. i also found the breakfast options limited. There were no eggs and very little sausage available on both mornings i went down.
