good hotel with minor drawbacks
excellent location major attractions city tour long check-in crowded space card verification
I found the location to be excellent. all major attractions were within walking distance. The royal palace was especially close. the city tour bus had a stop right in front. It made getting around very simple.
The check-in process took a while. I waited about 40 minutes. it seemed crowded, and there wasn't much space. i also noticed that accessing the upper areas required showing our cards. I was asked twice, a bit inconvenient.

the location was acceptable, you could easily explore on foot.
the pool was quite small (i found that disappointing). the main entrance was locked late at night. i did not expect that and it caught me off guard.

the rooftop bar provided really good city views i found the breakfast buffet substantial it had various options the staff was very friendly and helpful i found their assistance prompt and efficient the hotel's location was near attractions bars and shops this made exploring convenient and enjoyable.
the elevators were sometimes busy i had to wait a bit especially during peak hours

this hotel offered great access to attractions bars and shops i could walk to many places of interest nearby there was also a metro station providing efficient transport to further destinations it helped me explore easily.

the staff demonstrated consistent friendliness and were always ready to help the reception was efficient the restaurant service was attentive and the room service staff was quick my requests were handled quickly i appreciated this.

the rooftop bar gave excellent city views the breakfast buffet was comprehensive and provided various options a gym was available for exercise it had essential equipment for a workout the hotel ensured comfort and convenience.

excellent location sixteenth-floor room convenient parking well-equipped room
the location was excellent! i enjoyed a sixteenth-floor room with a view. parking under the hotel proved really convenient. my room was clean and well-equipped, and the layout worked well.
the room decor on my floor seemed sparse, even a bit bleak, with bare walls and not much warmth, though the lobby looks very modern.

prime location fast check-in rooftop bar firm bed missing bathrobes barren decor
the location is really prime with walking distance to many places. the check-in and check-out process was fast, which i appreciated. the rooftop bar was amazing and hotel guests get priority access.
The bed was a bit too firm for me. i noticed there were no bathrobes or slippers provided in the room. the decor on the floor felt a bit barren. The hallways seemed dark with bare walls.
