I received a very helpful service from the team . The location is excellent, providing simple access to metro and bus stations. I appreciated the arrangement of a taxi to the airport by the staff. The rooftop has beautiful views of the city. It is a perfect place for relaxation.
I noticed a small detail, the gym equipment showed some signs of wear.

The hotel is located near the city center. It is also right in front of the metro.
The bathroom was not clean. There were stains present. I also found dirt and hair in the corners of the bathroom floor. The toilet paper provided was only one ply, not ideal.

An okay stay, but with some significant issues
broken air conditioningineffective soundproofing
The air conditioning was unfortunately broken. I reported this issue, but it was not resolved . the soundproofing was not effective. Street noise was a constant disturbance, especially late into the night. I struggled to sleep due to the noise level. The location near Gran Via, while convenient, came with a heavy price regarding noise pollution. The room did not provide proper rest.

the location of the hotel was good. it was close to several attractions and transport links. the rooftop bar was nice (i liked the views over the area).
I noticed dust on the shelves in my room. it didn't appear to be cleaned well upon my arrival and it wasn't dusted . the breakfast staff seemed a bit rude to me. i thought breakfast was very basic. It really wasn't worth the cost.
