convenient location nice view
the location WAS convenient, close to gran via and several metro stations. the rooftop area had a very nice view of the city.
the shower had KNAPT water.

comfortable beds beautiful bathrooms helpful staff
i found the beds very comfortable. bathrooms were beautiful. the reception staff and breakfast service were helpful. The rooftop bar was an awesome space and i enjoyed spending time there. i appreciate the effort put in. This created nice moments.
i FOUND the elevator slow. it felt a bit inconvenient during peak hours. i wish they had a faster option. This minor issue impacted my overall experience. i hope they address it soon.

The breakfast offered plenty of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned quickly and efficiently. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast.
