excellent location helpful staff broken heating small room
The location WAS excellent, near many restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom were spacious, very convenient. I appreciated how comfortable the room was. The staff was friendly and VERY helpful.
I found that the heating system was ALWAYS broken. The elevator was also ALWAYS broken, which caused some inconvenience. It was annoying, and the room was small. THESE issues detracted from the experience.

a great hotel with an amazing location
great location helpful staff smooth process
The hotel's location was definitely a highlight. i walked easily to the prado museum and atocha station. the front desk staff, pablo in particular, was super helpful. He allowed me complimentary early check-in. there were good food options around the hotel too.

khalid was helpful . he promptly arranged my early check-in. he also assisted with a room change. i appreciated his call to the train company about my cancelled train.
the phone signal was weak due to the adjacent police building.

the hotel offers convenient access to several museums, including el prado (it's really close!). it is also near restaurants and parks. many main attractions are within walking distance, such as the madrid atocha train station.

the room was modern with amenities (i appreciated the design!). when i closed the doors, the room was quiet despite the courtyard. i found the bed comfortable. linens felt fresh and clean.

breakfast included a nice range of options. the breakfast spread was delicious (especially the fresh fruit!). the coffee tasted superb and the staff keeps the area very clean.

the staff members were lovely and helpful. maria was very helpful before i arrived. wendy at the desk in the evening was a joy to chat with. they provided excellent service.

missing bed unacceptable situation
the hotel location is close to major museums so it met my expectations
i was told my daughter couldn't have a bed because i hadn't requested one separately this was an absolute joke i think this hotel should have an abundance i found it unacceptable

charming stay near prado
amazing location helpful staff positive vibes wide selection
the location proved amazing. the staff were beyond helpful, with lucia always smiling and eager to assist with real passion. the hotel vibes felt very positive and warm (it really set a great tone for my trip!). the breakfast offered a wide selection, including both traditional and international dishes.
the room i stayed in felt a little dated and could use some minor updates.

the hotel is very central and a short walk from the prado museum and approximately 15 minutes from the train station. i found several coffee shops and restaurants around (perfect for a quick bite!).

My superior room was spacious and included complete bathroom amenities. The air conditioning worked very well. complimentary water and coffee were available in the room, a nice touch. the beds were super comfortable.
