stellar stay at the hard rock
helpful staffclean roomconvenient breakfasttasty burgers
I found the staff very helpful. They arranged a taxi quickly. the room's cleanliness impressed me, it was very well kept. breakfast was included, a definite plus for convenience. i also enjoyed the rooftop bar, especially the burgers.
The bar service was not great. I waited too long for my drink. i ended up canceling my last order, and it was a pity.

mixed feelings about my stay
friendly stafflong waitgrumpy barman
the staff was friendly and helpful. (that's always a plus!)
i was disappointed by the bar service. the barman seemed grumpy, and i waited a long time for my drink. he even took my order and started serving new arrivals first. i ended up canceling my last order, quite frustrating.
