Rocco and jamal were very helpful when i had reservation issues elsewhere, accommodating my family. the staff was willing to assist us. I appreciate their help. the location is close to shopping, public transport, and major attractions. the hotel seemed properly maintained.

the metro stop is next door to the hotel. easy walks to the louvre and notre dame exist too. the hotel was like great condition to me. the sofa bed pull out worked fine for kids.
no one told me the hotel was having work done when i booked on their website.

the location is fantastic! it's super close to tourist spots and right by a major metro terminal, so getting around was easy. our room was very clean and spacious!
The glass between the shower and the room isn't ideal for families. you can see through it, which isn't very private. i also noticed the carpet seemed a bit dingy and there was a strange odor in the room. That was a bit disappointing! there weren't any washcloths provided either.

The location was really central (i loved that!). it was super easy to get around. the staff was also very cute. They were a great help with directions.
i did hear quite a bit of noise early in the morning. also, the room's temperature was difficult to adjust. It stayed a bit too warm for my liking.
