The location was GREAT. It provided easy access to many iconic places. The bathroom included good amenities. I found this very useful. The receptionist was super nice. We even got a room upgrade.
The club behind the hotel played loud music until late at night. This caused very disturbed sleep for me. The breakfast was a bit limited. I think it was overpriced.

The room was quite clean, and I found everything I needed there.
The pool hours were inconvenient. It opens quite late, a shame, especially after breakfast. my request for a double bed and a bathtub was ignored. Apparently, hotels do not care what guests ask for.

the breakfast offered a great variety of options. the room had temperature control and a fabulous shower. the hotel was clean, i found the staff friendly and helpful.
the gym overlooked my room, so i had views of an office block.

the hotel is near tourist attractions. it sits opposite the metro station. many historic buildings, tourist spots, retiro park, and shops are within walking distance.

I noticed the room service was wonderful. one staff member, sonia, offered advice about visiting valencia. the personnel were eager to assist with all guest needs. The bar and restaurant were super clean, providing prompt service.

variety food clean room fantastic location
the location is fantastic, very close to the subway. staff were attentives. i found the breakfast buffet had variety food. My room was clean.
i found the lighting fixture had a slight defect.
