The hotel's location was indeed excellent, close to many attractions.
The lack of coffee-making facilities in the room was a real letdown. I had to go up to the ninth floor every time I wanted a hot drink. It was not very convenient.

The location was central, right on gran via (it was so easy to get around). the cleanliness of the room was amazing. Everything felt fresh and well-kept. i appreciated the staff's attention to detail throughout my stay. the rooftop area was a great bonus, providing nice views of the city.
the in-room safe required a bit of figuring out, but i quickly got the hang of it.

The location was perfect and put me right on Gran Via.
The staff were not friendly during check-in, disappointing. The room I got was also quite small, and its view did not meet my expectations. there was no coffee machine in the room. This was quite inconvenient for me.
