superb location and great rooms
perfect location polite staff convenient check-in immaculate room
The location was perfect. Close to cafes, restaurants, shops, and parks. the staff proved polite and helpful , it was good. i secured an early check-in, very convenient. rooms were immaculate and maintained a high level of cleanliness.
The street-facing rooms can get noisy due to the bustling gran via. Light sleepers might need earplugs.

coffee-making absence absent facilities
The hotel's location was indeed excellent, close to many attractions.
The lack of coffee-making facilities in the room was a real letdown. I had to go up to the ninth floor every time I wanted a hot drink. It was not very convenient.

central location amazing cleanliness great attention rooftop area
The location was central, right on gran via (it was so easy to get around). the cleanliness of the room was amazing. Everything felt fresh and well-kept. i appreciated the staff's attention to detail throughout my stay. the rooftop area was a great bonus, providing nice views of the city.
the in-room safe required a bit of figuring out, but i quickly got the hang of it.

unfriendly staff small room
The location was perfect and put me right on Gran Via.
The staff were not friendly during check-in, disappointing. The room I got was also quite small, and its view did not meet my expectations. there was no coffee machine in the room. This was quite inconvenient for me.

excellent cleaning basic items uncomfortable bed unfriendly staff
the room was very clean with basic items i expected.
The bed was not comfortable at all and staff was not friendly, not acceptable at this price point. Works and noise next door woke me up the first day.
