The hotel is close to many attractions. It is also directly across from the Opera Garnier. The rooms have cable TV with many channels. The lobby bar is very beautiful and the staff are helpful. The mini fridge is good, and the room service is also satisfactory.
I had to wait longer than expected for my luggage. The front desk could have managed the delivery more efficiently. It caused a slight delay in my plans.

I stayed in a Premium King Room with a balcony overlooking the Opera. The room was spacious, and the balcony offered a great view. I found the bed to be comfortable and slept well . I appreciated the hotel's location near shopping, cafes, and the metro. I didn't need a car.
The water pressure in the shower was a little low, making it difficult to rinse thoroughly.

the location offers excellent access to major attractions. i found the amenities within the room to be great. the staff provided consistently attentive service throughout my visit. i particularly enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet each morning it was delicious and varied

The location is just GREAT!!! I could walk to many landmarks. Lots of cafes were so close. The hotel also has a beautiful historical backstory.
The Nespresso pods were replaced only once. The water was also inconsistently refilled. I found my door open one evening!!!
