caring staff comfortable suite great location poor air_conditioning room error audible noise
the staff were amazing and caring, that's great. the executive suite was very nice and neat. the hotel location was also great, a very convenient feature.
the air conditioning did not work well and it was hot. i had to change rooms due to an error, that was inconvenient. noise from the train station was audible, even on the third floor.

historic charm with modern comfort!
central location amazing breakfast
i was thrilled with the location (so central!). the proximity to the st lazare station made getting around super easy. the breakfast was amazing (i especially loved the pastries!) it offered so many options i felt spoiled for choice.
the room temperature was a bit too warm. i wasn't able to adjust the air conditioning to my liking. it definitely impacted my sleep quality (i tossed and turned a bit).

the hotel is conveniently situated near the st lazare station. this makes accessing public transportation easy. there are a lot of cafes, restaurants, and shops around the premises (everything you need is close!).

The hotel location was convenient. The building is beautiful. A doorman, Ludovik, made my day. He was personable and enhanced my trip.
The AC do not work for some of my stay.

The fitness offers a small space. This space has limited equipments. I saw the space contained basic equipment to fulfill most essential exercise routines.

Staff were warm and friendly. They shown us to our room. The staff walked about all the facilities, including instructions of light usage, taps, and television. Luggage was delivered.

Breakfast provided an excellent start to the day. The breakfast offered many options. I saw smoked salmon and Iberian ham available for unlimited consumption.

I found the location near the train station very convenient for transport. The hotel had a taxi service directly in front, assisting with immediate travel needs. These services simplified my travel and made getting around easy.

sparkling chandeliers spacious room powerful showerhead
The hotel lobby is fine. it features sparkling chandeliers and hand-painted mosaic walls. It felt grand. the rooms are spacious. The bathroom included a powerful showerhead and a rain showerhead. the location is convenient, next to the gare saint-lazare.
The water bottles are not readily available in the room. I had to get filtered water from a machine near the elevator.
