a stay with shortcomings
small room limited menu
the location was acceptable because it allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
the room was smaller than i had expect. despite a complimentary upgrade, there wasnt enough space to move around comfortably. ordering soup at 10 pm from the 24/7 room service menu was impossible because the kitchen was closed and the only option available was a croque monsieur.

a true gem in le marais
really good location genuine care
The location was really good. It allowed for exploration. the staff displayed genuine care and helpfulness. I greatly valued their assistance. i found the inner courtyard to be a quiet and charming space. i appreciated its peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful plants it featured.
i noticed that the room i had was quite small. this made moving around a bit challenging for two people. it would be better with more space. also, it affected my overall comfort.

great location friendly staff
The hotel's location near place des vosges is great. the friendly staff set this hotel apart. Every member was helpful. i will return.
our upgraded room was quite underwhelming. the bathroom size nearly matched the bed chamber.

the reservation manager was accommodating, she provided excellent assistance. the concierges went beyond expectations to ensure a pleasurable visit for me. the hotel made my dinner reservations and i found this very helpful.
