the hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of everything. the lobby had beautiful decor and a cute atmosphere. the staff members were always smiling and very helpful. the ronaldo theme added a unique touch i enjoyed. i found the rooms to be surprisingly quiet, a real plus!
The rooftop was closed . It was a slight disappointment.

the front desk staff were excellent, and i found the restaurant staff very helpful and friendly. car service assistance was efficiently handled, and the team consistently demonstrated a positive, supportive attitude. the warm smiles.

Breakfast had plenty of choice in a buffet style. I could eat as much or as little as i wanted. i had a great pizza one evening in the restaurant, and the rooftop bar was nice. the staff's friendly attitude.

My room showed a lack of thorough cleaning. Dust accumulated in corners. the promised taxi to the airport never materialized. I found the staff's assurances unreliable as I waited an unreasonable time. I ended up arranging my own transportation.
