helpful staff rooftop restaurant prime area breakfast choices taxi assistance hotel accommodation
the staff was very pleasant and helpful. i loved the rooftop restaurant with great views. the hotel was in a prime area with easy walking to so many sites.
There were not a lot of choices in breakfast. It was weird. we stayed there in a crowded time of year, and guest relation did not help us even for taxi.

The staff was very attentive to my needs . Christina Cordero greeted me and was helpful with all my questions, very appreciated. I found the hotel staff professional and genuinely caring, ensuring every aspect was handled with great hospitality.
The hotel was located on a busy main street, though the hotel itself was quiet.

The king room included a spacious layout and comfortable bedding, I rested really well. The room also provided good soundproofing because it was necessary for the activity on the streets. The climate control system worked efficiently. It kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

The hotel location provides easy access to a nearby metro station going to the convention center. A rooftop bar named Jardin Diana was available. It provided nice views. The hotel restaurant offered a variety of dining options. The service was excellent.

This hotel had an excellent city center location within walking distance of tour sites. A Primark shopping center was located across the street, very convenient. Access to the metro was within a short walk, so moving around was easy.
