fantastic stay!
designed facilities artsy vibe friendly staff luggage storage
the hotel boasts beautifully designed facilities with an artsy vibe. my room included high-end amenities like malin + goetz toiletries. the staff was very friendly and always eager to help with any request. the hotel also offered convenient lockers for luggage storage before check-in, a great touch.
the minibar prices felt quite high compared to other hotels i have visited.

central location comfortable bed quiet room thin bedding cold service no coffee
the location was quite central. i found a lot of shops near the hotel. the room i stayed in had a big, comfortable bed. it was nice that the room was quiet to.
i think this hotel doesn't feel like a four-star hotel. the bedding felt a little thin. the service didn't seem very warm, in my opinion. i also noticed that there wasn't any coffee available in the room.

convenient location nearby restaurants quiet air conditioning street sound natural light first-floor room
the location suited my plans. it was close to many shops. i also found several restaurants nearby. the air conditioning was efficient and quiet.
i was assigned a first-floor room. street sounds were quite audible. people shouting and motorcycles speeding were common occurrences. the lack of natural light.

central location clean room gluten-free options
I appreciated the central location. It allowed me to easily explore nearby attractions (everything felt so close!). the room was amazing and very clean. breakfast was wonderful with gluten-free options available for my friend.

the hotel has a great location easily accessible by foot. the facilities are clean and new. the staff was available 24h and always very helpful. the hotel is minimal with a clean style.
i found that the seating area in the lobby was not comfortable. it felt more like a hostel than a hotel. i did not find it inviting at all.
