The location proved ideal with convenient access to the Atocha train station and Retiro park. Staff members offered assistance, especially Monica at reception. This was much appreciated. I found a room for luggage on my last day after checkout, very useful.

I noticed some noise due to thin walls. I could hear conversations from the adjacent room.

The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of the Atocha railway station and Retiro park. This provided easy access to transportation and green spaces. Several major art museums are nearby including the Prado. This made cultural visits very straightforward. There is a metro stop nearby.

The breakfast experience was not great. Staff seemed too eager to clear plates (even before I finished). The hotel also lacks irons in the room, and they charge an exorbitant fee to iron a single dress (seriously?).
