helpful staff clear information spacious room
The staff were kind making check-in seamless I appreciated the clear advance notice about a planned powercut for roadworks ensuring I was prepared The room was spacious and the bed proved wonderful for a restful sleep.
The hotel felt somewhat dated I think it might benefit from a comprehensive refresh.

Really good Location and Service
convenient access helpful staff members useful luggage room
The location proved ideal with convenient access to the Atocha train station and Retiro park. Staff members offered assistance, especially Monica at reception. This was much appreciated. I found a room for luggage on my last day after checkout, very useful.
I noticed some noise due to thin walls. I could hear conversations from the adjacent room.

This hotel features a convenient luggage room, a VERY welcome addition with late departures, as well as other amenities designed to ensure a seamless travel experience, and I appreciated this. The buffet breakfast included a wide selection of food items. It cost 15 euros.

The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of the Atocha railway station and Retiro park. This provided easy access to transportation and green spaces. Several major art museums are nearby including the Prado. This made cultural visits very straightforward. There is a metro stop nearby.

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues
eager staff exorbitant fee
The location was convenient for accessing transportation.
The breakfast experience was not great. Staff seemed too eager to clear plates (even before I finished). The hotel also lacks irons in the room, and they charge an exorbitant fee to iron a single dress (seriously?).
