friendly staff quick room good breakfast consistent assistance
The staff was friendly and accommodating upon my early arrival. they quickly secured a room for me. i found the breakfast very good. A staff member consistently provided coffee and assistance. i would certainly consider a return visit.
the main issue was the limited storage in the sink area, a slight inconvenience.

friendly staff clean room
The staff was friendly and helpful! i really appreciated the location. It was close to everything. the room was super clean and i liked that.
The gym was a tiny room with only 3 machines. I wished for a bit more equipment.

gym noise noisy environment
My room seemed to face the interior. It was quite noisy due to activity in the central area. The music and general noise made it difficult to relax during the day. The gym noise was particularly disruptive. It was a letdown.

kind reception good location nearby metro
The room was wonderful! everyone at reception was kind. i appreciated how friendly everyone in the hotel was. The hotel has a good location especially if you want to be close to plaza mayor. It's only around a ten minute walk away! there is also a metro stop a few minutes away.
The rooms are really dark. The flow in the shower is weak and the water is cold.

The rooftop bar was a delight. It offer great views and creates a social atmosphere for guest. The room provided a quiet retreat after sightseeing. I was able to rest properly. Breakfast included many options, accommodating various dietary needs, and the buffet setup was efficient.
The gym could be bigger, with more diverse equipment.

faulty door limited cleaning
my room was not the experience i anticipated. the room entrance door never closed properly until i pulled hard on it. the cleaning service came only once during my three day stay. i asked for regular cleaning.
