easy access friendly staff
the location allowed easy access to museums by foot. i appreciated early check-in, a helpful service after my early flight. the staff at reception were friendly and efficient. this made my arrival stress-free.
the spa facilities were not fully as advertised. the steam room and small pool lacked proper changing areas and showers. this required returning to the room, inconvenient.

Wonderful Stay in the City Center
convenient location clean rooms comfortable beds
I found the location convenient, near the Atocha train station. Major sites were easily walkable. The metro access made exploring the city simple. The hotel provided clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a generally nice atmosphere, which I valued a lot.
The air conditioning was only marginally effective. My room faced the afternoon and evening sun.

The hotel features a rooftop pool, which i consider a nice addition for relaxation. the location is really convenient. It's near many attractions. breakfast had many choices. This was a good start to the day.
i found that replenishment for coffee and tea in the room was not done. this lacked basic comfort for my stay.

helpful staff quiet room amazing breakfast cucumber-free option
I found the staff very helpful. the room was quiet and nice. the breakfast was amazing. they offered flavored water in the lobby. I appreciated the cucumber-free option. we loved the roof terrace, it was like a bonus.

I found the breakfast buffet to have a very good variety. I liked that the hotel is a short 15-minute walk from the Atocha train station. It was convenient to walk 10 to 15 minutes to the Sophia Reina Museum. The Prado Museum was also nearby.
I felt the rooftop pool was cold but otherwise charming. It featured a bar for relaxation.

The location was central! It was convenient to access key sites on foot. The team offered attentive service and kept everything spotlessly clean. We had a fantastic suite! It featured a terrace and a small dipping pool. This was just perfect for cooling down after exploring all day!
The elevators took a long time. I often chose to walk the stairs. The hotel did not provide complimentary water in the rooms. I have stayed in many hotels and this was surprising. The room was also quite dark. it overlooked the courtyard so there was not much light
