the location is central. it is easy to walk to various sightseeing spots. i found good restaurants nearby. the breakfast until 11am was a convenient bonus.

The hotel location was quite good, close to the metro and many points of interest (i especially liked how close it was to everything).
I was disappointed with the room. The description said it included a minibar, but it was not stocked, and despite my asking at the front desk, it was never refilled. the bathroom had no soap, only shampoo. I had to buy my own.

The staff were friendly and helpful with directions! I also appreciated how close the hotel was to local attractions. I could walk to many popular sites. The room had modern amenities and comfortable beds. The towels were very soft.
The air conditioning system made unusual noises, especially at night, which disturbed my sleep. It needs maintenance. I reported it to the front desk.

i recently returned to this good hotel, repeating the experience from last year. the proximity to the metro facilitated easy movement. also, i found great convenience in the location near shopping areas. i appreciated the helpfulness i received even though i don't speak spanish.
the room was a little smaller than expected! also, it faced a closet that held supplies, and i observed bed linen in the hallway for a portion of the day.

The front desk staff were really good. They assisted with restaurant reservations and taxi arrangements. umbrellas were conveniently available in the lobby ! additionally, requests were fulfilled promptly, showcasing a high level of responsiveness.
