I found the hotel very clean. The superior double room included air conditioning. A minibar stocked with free items was a nice touch. The hotel provided quick access to nearby shops.
The elevator sometimes had a slight delay.

central location easy walk large bathroom small room lacking customer service inflexible staff
The location was really central. it made it easy to walk to many places and restaurants. the room was a good size and i had enough space for my luggage, which i appreciated. i also found the bathroom to be large. It included two sinks and a nice shower.
My room was quite small and had no view. the staff didn't seem very flexible with requests. the customer service was also lacking. I did not feel valued as a guest.

unstocked minibar no soap
The hotel location was quite good, close to the metro and many points of interest (i especially liked how close it was to everything).
I was disappointed with the room. The description said it included a minibar, but it was not stocked, and despite my asking at the front desk, it was never refilled. the bathroom had no soap, only shampoo. I had to buy my own.

Excellent Location and Clean Rooms

The staff were friendly and helpful with directions! I also appreciated how close the hotel was to local attractions. I could walk to many popular sites. The room had modern amenities and comfortable beds. The towels were very soft.
The air conditioning system made unusual noises, especially at night, which disturbed my sleep. It needs maintenance. I reported it to the front desk.

a good gem!
friendly team fine rooms proximity easy movement
i recently returned to this good hotel, repeating the experience from last year. the proximity to the metro facilitated easy movement. also, i found great convenience in the location near shopping areas. i appreciated the helpfulness i received even though i don't speak spanish.
the room was a little smaller than expected! also, it faced a closet that held supplies, and i observed bed linen in the hallway for a portion of the day.

The front desk staff were really good. They assisted with restaurant reservations and taxi arrangements. umbrellas were conveniently available in the lobby ! additionally, requests were fulfilled promptly, showcasing a high level of responsiveness.
