Excellent Stay in Central Location

I stayed in a superior double room. The room had decent space. The bathroom included a very large shower space with great water pressure. I also appreciated the separate bath with another overhead shower (it was quite convenient).
The bar did not operate in the afternoon hours. There was no coffee available in the morning.

The reception team was very supportive. Mariano shared many recommendations about the city's attractions. He provided information regarding must-see places. I felt grateful for the excellent service.

i received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival due to availability. the staff provided excellent service, always attentive and helpful. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious foods each morning.
the room faced an interior courtyard, so it did not have a particularly exciting view!

small room mini-bar restock
The room felt rather small, especially considering what I paid. the mini-bar was not restocked daily. I found this UNACCEPTABLE. I had to request refills from room service. It was inconvenient and detracted from the overall experience (the inconvenience was frustrating).

inconsistent temperature lacking storage
the location was great. it was within easy walking distance of many attractions.
i had a problem with the shower. it did not maintain a consistent temperature. the water switched between cold and hot constantly. i also found the room lacked storage.

high quality food convenient location quiet room missing robe limited storage slippy floor
The breakfast had high quality food. the location proved convenient for walking everywhere. i visited major sites without taxis. even with a window to the street, my room was quiet enough at night. This helped me rest well.
facilities promised were not delivered. i did not have a robe or slippers. storage space was lacking. the bathroom floor was quite slippy.
