superb location clean room comfortable bed small room faulty air conditioning slow staff

The hotel enjoys a superb location. It is right on the Gran Via, and I could easily reach many sights on foot. The room was clean (which is always a plus). The bed was also very comfortable.

The room size felt a bit small. The air conditioning wasn't working well, so it got a little stuffy (I visited in July). I found the staff a little slow to respond to my requests.

The staff was attentive. They addressed my questions promptly. the rooms are modern, i appreciated the design. breakfast included a wide variety of options, and i found many selections to my liking.

This resulted in morning noise. the gym was small, it lacked some equipment. the hallway carpets was worn. They could use replacement.
