A really nice stay in central location
friendly staff good spread central location
I found the staff very friendly. The breakfast included a very good spread. The location is central, near Plaza Mayor. I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly return again.
The room was a little noisy, sounds from the hallway traveled very easily.

wonderful central stay!
superb location well equipped
I appreciated the superb location near plaza mayor. the sol metro station was also a short walk. the room was clean and well-equipped with all i needed. the main shopping center was very close. I enjoyed the convenience.
the hotel needs some refurbishing. i noticed sprinkles on the wallpapers. badly assembled light switches were also visible.

my room was spacious and very clean. the bathroom was also a good size. i found the bed quite comfortable, which contributed to a restful stay.

the hotel staff was cute and nice! they answered requests with a great attitude. they also offered tourist advice which was helpful. communication with the reception staff was good!

helpful staff best breakfast
location IS fantastic. staff WAS helpful and kind. breakfast was the best i have ever had.
The room was a bit small. You could hear water pipes loudly, also they use a whole bottle of room spray, fragrance, which makes it impossible to breathe.

excellent location friendly staff
the location is excellent. it is close to everything i wanted to see. the staff were very friendly and helpful. i learned about the history of the hotel.
noise from outside was slightly audible. noise from another room was also sometimes present.

Decent Stay at a Central Hotel
great location helpful staff black-out curtains small room inward windows dampness smell
The hotel has a great location close to Plaza Mayor. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful . My room was clean and the black-out curtains were effective (this helped with sleeping in).
The room I booked turned out to be quite small. The windows faced inward, and this meant no sunlight entered the room. I also noticed a strong smell of dampness, potentially from the air conditioning ventilation.
