really good stay near royal palace

i enjoyed my stay. the staff were very helpful with directions and provided a map. its location next to the palace is amazing. there were plenty of nearby places to eat which i tried. my room had a really palatial feel due to the elegant furniture. i felt okay all time, and overall, it was a wonderful experience!
the frosted windows in my room made it feel a little bit claustrophobic, something to consider for future stays.

the apartment included modern appliances and a welcome pack, so nice! the decor created a magical, antique atmosphere and also well kept.

multiple restaurants and patisseries were just a short walk away, providing lots of options! i found great places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. exploring the local cuisine was very convenient and satisfying.

the hotel is located in a very upscale area near the theater. the views of the palace and the surrounding gardens were lovely! the opera metro station was within easy walking distance, that was so convenient.

the location was really good. i was right next to the palace. it was also very close to the plaza and sol. alejandra at reception was particularly lovely.
the wifi was weak. the bathroom was small and basic. it also offered barely any storage space.

The room I received was quite disappointing. The lighting was harsh, resembling a hospital environment. The shower design caused immediate flooding of the bathroom floor.
