fantastic location and really good service
helpful staff super clean room comfortable bed perfect location
alexandra at the front desk was helpful she was pretty good by. i really enjoyed the vintage charm with wood floors beams and chandeliers. it was in a walkable pedestrian park area quiet at night. the room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. the location was ideal for accessing local cafes bakeries and restaurants all within walking distance.
the kitchen facilities were minimal there was no sink plug no chopping board and a small mix of odd plates and bowls only one blunt kitchen knife was available.

the hotel is located across from plaza de oriente placing it within walking distance of many major sights. its proximity to the royal palace adds an amazing view from the rooms windows. many restaurants and cafes are also nearby.

the rooms included a well equipped kitchen offering the convenience of a dishwasher and a washing machine. the apartments are spacious and offer a comfortable environment for both short and extended stays. complimentary water was provided daily.

although breakfast was not included there was an excellent restaurant and cafe located nearby. this made it easy to access quality meals for both dinner and breakfast. several dining options are conveniently located for easy access.

really good stay near royal palace
helpful staff palatial feel amazing location safe experience
i enjoyed my stay. the staff were very helpful with directions and provided a map. its location next to the palace is amazing. there were plenty of nearby places to eat which i tried. my room had a really palatial feel due to the elegant furniture. i safety was good, and overall, it was a wonderful experience!
the frosted windows in my room made it feel a little bit claustrophobic, something to consider for future stays.

the apartment included modern appliances and a welcome pack, so nice! the decor created a magical, antique atmosphere and also well kept. there was a lift available to reach the upper floors.

multiple restaurants and patisseries were just a short walk away, providing lots of options! i found great places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. exploring the local cuisine was very convenient and satisfying.

the hotel is located in a very upscale area near the theater. the views of the palace and the surrounding gardens were lovely! the opera metro station was within easy walking distance, that was so convenient.

the location was really good. i was right next to the palace. it was also very close to the plaza and sol. alejandra at reception was particularly lovely.
the wifi was weak. the bathroom was small and basic. it also offered barely any storage space.

harsh lighting shower design
The staff helped with luggage storage after checkout (a nice convenience).
The room I received was quite disappointing. The lighting was harsh, resembling a hospital environment. The shower design caused immediate flooding of the bathroom floor.
