The staff demonstrated great attentiveness, readily assisting with luggage and providing recommendations. Our room included complimentary water bottles, robes, slippers, and an umbrella. The breakfast selection offered many choices, including freshly prepared options and sparkling wine. I loved the location because bars and restaurants surrounded the hotel.

vintage river view experience
classic room river view extensive buffet
i had a classic double or twin room. the room had coffee and water (included in the rate, which i confirmed!). the river view from my room was fine, i could see everything. the breakfast buffet was extensive, and the staff remembered my preferences after just one day (amazing!).
the gym was quite small, with limited equipment. i found only two machines. the space felt more like a fitness closet than a proper gym. it could use an upgrade.

The hotel's architecture blends modern design with historic features. I especially loved the harmonious feel. a cheese and wine room had amazing river views. arriving guests receive quick assistance with luggage, it was seamless.

the staff demonstrates a willingness to please guests. staff planned trip details in perfect english both before arrival and during my trip. daily housekeeping was thorough. they were so friendly, i felt completely at home.

The room was small, but i paid extra for a river view. the description implied more space. the terrace bar closed early at 10pm. even as a guest, i was refused service. The staff insisted on immediate payment for each round. there are better hotels for less money.

the staff was consistently helpful. the breakfast offered a diverse selection, catering to different preferences. a unique cheese and wine room enhanced the breakfast experience. the location is central yet remains quiet was good.

prime location helpful staff
The location by the river was amazing, offering easy access to nearby attractions. i found the staff very helpful. They provided excellent service. the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of local foods. turn down service was available nightly and extra towels were provided daily.
