stuck air conditioning unaware staff
i found several issues , the air conditioning in my room remained stuck at 17 degrees. the hotel staff promised to fix it while i had dinner , but they never did. also , the room service breakfast card was missing one day , and the staff seemed unaware of it.

the room was immaculate. breakfast service provided a great selection of high-quality options. there were a welcome drink upon arrival. chocolates was before bed.
one refillable bottle of water wasn't quite sufficient for two guests.

I found the breakfast excellent. It featured cooked items and fresh fruits. the staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with taxi bookings. our room had great views from the balcony, equipped with a table and chairs. the blackout curtains worked well, ensuring a dark room for sleep.
the hotel provided only one refillable water bottle for two guests, which wasn't quite enough.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly Danielly in Guest Relations. She helped me book dinner reservations at local seafood restaurants, including 5 Oceanos (I especially recommend it!). My room had a spacious balcony that included a three-person outdoor jacuzzi, a lovely way to relax.
The hotel did not mention where we could have left our car. Our car was broken into overnight, and there are no cameras in the front.

automatic machine cappuccino mouldy shower ceiling
the breakfast cappuccino tasted like it came from an automatic machine, not a barista, very disappointing! also, the shower hot water took a while to heat up. i found that annoying. some mould was visible on the ceiling in the shower, and the toilet dripped water.
