The breakfast buffet was totally awesome with fresh pastries and local cheeses. The spa's steam room had aromatherapy, it felt great after sightseeing! I loved the hotel bar, the bartender made perfect cocktails with top-shelf liquor.

The outdoor pool needed a little warmer water, especially in the evenings.

The hotel is nearby many shops and dining places. I walked to historical landmarks, it took me only few minutes. Public transportation links are right outside the hotel.

The concierge arranged a private tour promptly, this service was excellent. Housekeeping ensured rooms were super clean daily, with turndown service available. Staff members spoke multiple languages fluently, it helped a lot.

the room felt spacious and the bed ensured a good rest. i found the modern amenities fitting the stylish look i desired. anna and ines at reception provided excellent assistance. hugo, greeting at the entrance, showed excellent service.

a slight issue arose, as the air conditioning emitted an unpleasant odor at times.
