I appreciated the proximity to the central station. It made commuting easy. the room was spacious and well-designed! the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

The room cleaning was not always consistent. One day, i found some leftover shower products from a previous guest in the bathroom. it would be useful to ensure that rooms are thoroughly cleaned between stays.

Our superior queen room was very clean. the bed offered supreme comfort, a haven after long days. the coffee maker in the room proved convenient. I appreciated my morning brew. the hotel's proximity to the central station made travel simple.

The room's lighting was dim. Applying makeup became a little challenge. it was not that big of a deal but it did was good.

The hotel's proximity to the central train station was quite convenient. I could easily walk there in about ten minutes. The staff upgraded my room, a pleasant surprise. The room offered views overlooking the harbor.

This closure meant a longer detour with luggage over cobblestone streets.

i enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows in my room. the shower was big and had good water pressure. a great coffee shop across from the hotel had amazing views. bike rentals were available across the way too.

this caused mayhem each morning. i often took the stairs from the seventh floor to the second, then continued on the fire stairs to the ground floor because the last two floors have no regular stairs.

the reception staff arranged an early check-in for me, allowing me to get changed promptly. one staff member surprised my son with balloons and treats for his birthday, a thoughtful gesture. the team helped with luggage and arranged a taxi to the airport.
