the location was convenient , within walking distance to shops and restaurants. the hotel has quirky design aspects.
i found the room slightly dark , requiring more lighting at night.

The hotel is beautifully maintained. i appreciated the robe and slippers provided in the room. the staff were friendly (i think they are great!). i found it helpful they showed me to my room. The hotel layout can be a little tricky at first.
The main lobby seemed busy. I felt it could benefit from a more comfortable reception area.

the entire hotel smells lovely! the beds are really comfortable and well made. i was so thankful for the complimentary stroopwaffles and water. the soaps are by debaser, which i have already ordered for my personal shower!
the breakfast was really lovely. the room was charming, but a little dark.

The hotel is in front of canals yet still nice and quiet! it's also very close to the nine streets shopping area. It is a nice area. the location makes exploring very easy!

Check-in was efficient, they provided me with a room early. I especially liked the 24-hour in-room dining service (it was very convenient). The hotel boasts a clean gym with modern equipment. I found one of the best cocktail bars here.
