friendly staffnon-functional treadmillcramped space
the staff seemed friendly enough.
The gym was a letdown. One of the treadmills wasn't working at all, and the space felt cramped. it was smaller than i expected given the hotel's reputation, and i found it hard to get a proper workout.

I adored the decor. It was amazing! the rooms were super comfortable, and the staff were lovely. the gym was a nice touch. I really enjoyed using it. the location was really good, easy to explore.
The stairs were very steep. I had some difficulty carrying my luggage. it would be helpful to have more assistance available with heavy bags.

i Adore the decorations in rooms, it's so lovely. The location is very convenient for walking around. The staff was especially friendly and were ready to help with anything.
the corridors felt a little dark and warm. it was like there was not enough room in the hallways.
