acceptable stay, but with a notable issue
non-functional treadmill cramped space
the staff seemed friendly enough.
The gym was a letdown. One of the treadmills wasn't working at all, and the space felt cramped. it was smaller than i expected given the hotel's reputation, and i found it hard to get a proper workout.

amazing decor comfortable rooms lovely staff good location
I adored the decor. It was amazing! the rooms were super comfortable, and the staff were lovely. the gym was a nice touch. I really enjoyed using it. the location was really good, easy to explore.
The stairs were very steep. I had some difficulty carrying my luggage. it would be helpful to have more assistance available with heavy bags.

The hotel is situated on an enchanting canal. It offered beautiful views. i found several charming sitting areas and a library within easy walking distance. it made exploring the area very easy!!!

i Adore the decorations in rooms, it's so lovely. The location is very convenient for walking around. The staff was especially friendly and were ready to help with anything.
the corridors felt a little dark and warm. it was like there was not enough room in the hallways.

the location is perfect for exploring attractions. boutique shops and restaurants are a short walk. the canal view provides a fine backdrop during your stay. this area adds a lot to the experience.

the sitting areas create a cute atmosphere. gorgeous chandeliers decorate the rooms. air conditioning in the rooms works well in the summer months. the comfortable bed was a plus.
