slow check-in tiny parking
The rooms condition didn't match the price i paid. check in was slow. The terminals didn't work, so i waited in line. also, they charged extra for parking, yet finding a spot was nearly impossible. It was a tiny space. the bath sink clogged on the second day and it wasnt fixed .

really good convenience restful nights
the location offered ease to nearby attractions and provided really good convenience. staff members assisted with our forgotten adapters and offered complimentary umbrellas, so thoughtful! the room itself was a quiet space.
i noticed the room lacked an exterior-facing window. it looked inward to the reception. this gave a feeling of being enclosed.

Great Location, Superb Breakfast
excellent location friendly staff great breakfast helpful luggage service
I found the location to be excellent, close to many attractions. The staff was friendly and efficient . I especially enjoyed the breakfast. There was a great variety of choices available. Leaving my luggage after checkout was helpful. It allowed me to explore freely before departing.
The air conditioning was not adjustable in the room. I was unable to make it cooler.

the location provides easy access to many attractions. my room had a kettle with coffee and tea supplies, which i used daily.
the elevators can be slow during peak hours, so sometimes there was a wait.

The location is quite central. The room had a large, comfortable bed. The hotel features a 24/7 self-service market with various snacks and drinks. This IS very convenient. I found the staff cute and helpful, especially with local information.
The hotel has a strange lay-out. Navigating to some areas required going through repurposed buildings.
