Excellent Central Location!
easy access helpful service
The location provided very easy access to transportation. The bar had great vibes in the evenings. The staff offered friendly helpful service. Breakfast offered a very good selection of options.
The hotel lacked a designated area for car drop-off or pickup. Uber was restricted but taxis were allowed. Guests must walk five to eight minutes for tour pickups or Uber access. I found this inconvenient.

The hotel features a gym equipped with modern machines. The building includes multiple floors accessed by elevators. These elevators are well kept and provide efficient transport .

The room included a rainfall shower. Temperature settings are adjustable and easy to manage. A universal clicker controlled both the temperature and lights in the room. I found these features modern.

The hotel's location was Very nice. It was just across the street from the train station (very convenient for travel!). The breakfast included many tasty options.
The gym had limited hours . This made it slightly difficult to fit in a workout.

clean room quiet night
The location is really convenient near the central station (so easy to get around!). The staff were helpful plus the room was clean. At night my room was wonderfully dark and so quiet.
There were stairs at the entrance to the building.

train station rainfall shower universal clicker
I found the proximity to the train station excellent. The modern rooms featured a nice rainfall shower. I also appreciated the universal clicker controlling the room temperature and lights.
The hotel did not offer Water in the room. The bedroom looked dated and tired. the air con kept going off .

Central Location and Helpful Staff
prime location knowledgeable concierge fresh omelets accommodating staff
The hotel is in a prime location near the train station and Damrak Street. The concierge team provided fantastic, knowledgeable help. Breakfast offered great variety, I especially enjoyed the fresh omelets. The staff were so kind and accommodating. They treated us like family.
The beds were a bit narrow and not very comfortable.

The staff was lovely and super helpful, ensuring all requests were addressed promptly (for example, when we needed extra towels). Managers, Alexandra and a Greek young man, listened to our concerns regarding laundry issues, offering compensation for inconveniences.

The room was very very comfy and tidy. Soundproofing in the room was effective, I did not hear any outside noise. The bathroom had a rainfall shower.

I found excellent sustainability measures throughout all services. The hotel is easily walkable to shops and restaurants. I appreciated the central location. The hotel provides easy access to public transport.

the staff were very cute and helpful. the rooms were well laid out and spacious. i enjoyed the facilities, including the spa and bar. the breakfast offerings were really good.

the concierge team provided amazing recommendations for restaurants and areas of interest. the staff was always cheerful and willing to assist with any query. i received vip treatment, including a platter of goodies and complementary breakfast.
