underwhelming stay near central station
slow check-in rude staff
the check-in took far too long and the staff wasnt friendly. retrieving my luggage from storage seemed like a nightmare and they are also rude. the room wasnt great for the price per night. the overall experience lacked the quality i expected.

a mixed experience.
missing pillows dirty windows
the hotel location was convenient for accessing transportation.
I was quite annoyed. The promised extra bed for my daughter was not provided. additionally, the room windows were visibly dirty with greasy fingerprints and two pillows were missing. it appears service quality declines when prices increase, a frustrating trend.

the room was spacious (a superior king room, i believe).
the breakfast service was quite disorganized. staff seemed more interested in chatting than clearing tables. i had to ask for a clean table.

the breakfast buffet had a huge selection. i loved the onsite restaurant, it had lovely food. the gym had good facilities, which i used every day of my stay.
the light switches had stains, a minor issue.
