the location was central, a positive aspect for exploring. trams, cafes, and food options were very close. rooms were clean, a detail i certainly noticed.

The staff seemed a little untrained! i had to ask multiple times to get things done, frustrating. also, my room was small. Others in my group had much larger rooms, but we booked the same room type. the bathroom layout was not ideal, as water got everywhere when i showered.
