the location was central, a positive aspect for exploring. trams, cafes, and food options were very close. rooms were clean, a detail i certainly noticed.

The staff seemed a little untrained! i had to ask multiple times to get things done, frustrating. also, my room was small. Others in my group had much larger rooms, but we booked the same room type. the bathroom layout was not ideal, as water got everywhere when i showered.

the location was good for walking. there was a reasonably priced hotel store for snacks. it was nice to fill up water bottles before heading out.

the room was small. the lighting was very poor and made it difficult to see well. the room layout was inconvenient too. the cleaning was not consistent.

This hotel has a modern, very clean look. Check in was super easy! Check out also seemed easy to me. The shop located inside I thought was great.
