“In Belgravia, this address stands out with its discreet luxury, especially the rare residences combined with hotel services. The dining experiences and rooftop bar access set a high standard, but it's the intuitive service that makes a lasting impression. Excellent stay!

efficient valet attentive staff
The valet service to the room was particularly efficient. My items arrived quickly and discreetly. I also appreciated the hotel car service that covered destinations within two miles, it was a cost-effective perk. The staff were very attentive throughout my stay.

utterly enchanting stay

best massage organic products pure oils
Fatima the massage therapist gave me the best massage, i requested medium deep pressure to relieve stress. they used organic products. This included pure essential oils. i look forward to another visit, it was so relaxing. i needed this tenderness.
the pillows were synthetic, not feather. i struggled to sleep well, a shame because the bed felt super comfortable.

dressing room fabulous bathroom great dinner difficult access incorrect benefits missing opener
The grand premier room faced wellington arch directly. the room had a dressing room. the bathroom also was very nicely done. i enjoyed my breakfast in the lobby. Dinner there was great.
i found the access to the entrance a bit difficult when walking due to the roundabout location. i also noticed there was no bottle opener for the sparkling wine.

attentive service quick food long check-in firm pillows
The concierge service was attentive. The team assisted with directions and reservations. The room service was prompt. Food arrived quickly and was still warm , when it reached me.
Check-in took longer than expected. I had to wait about thirty minutes past the stated check-in time. The pillows were not comfortable. I found them too firm , so I didn't sleep well.
