The staff assisted quickly with storing my luggage before check in. The breakfast bar featured a lovely restaurant with ample choices. The location was near two useful tube stops. This accessibility aided travel across the city.

I found that the standard room didn't met expectations. The price was not equivalent to the quality of the room or hotel amenities.

i found the location very convenient for accessing tube stations. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, including gluten-free choices. the staff at the front desk were always friendly and ready to help with any questions. housekeeping provided daily service and restocked the mini fridge with water.

the lack of available maintenance made it difficult to resolve an issue with the radiator in the room, it was very hot.
