The location was very convenient, especially with victoria station just across the street. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Everything was well-kept. The staff was helpful and friendly. They made a real effort to assist with any inquiries. I found drinks available 24/7 (which was a plus!).
The room was a bit small. Space was limited, especially with luggage.

The location was quite convenient. it was a short walk to the train station. I found that very helpful. my queen room was clean. it provided everything i needed for my short stay.
my room was located on the ground floor. this meant there was noise from the reception area. i also noticed disruption from passing underground trains. the bathroom did not have a lock. this made it less ideal for sharing.

I appreciated the early check-in. It was helpful after a long journey. leaving my luggage after checkout was also so convenient, allowing me to explore without being weighed down. the staff displayed genuine kindness and were consistently cute . i found the location to be very convenient. Everything was within easy reach.
The pillows, while appearing fluffy, flattened quickly when i rested my head. It made sleep slightly less restful

The location was amazing! I could easily access transportation and many affordable food options at the nearby station. The staff members were always cheerful. They asked if I needed anything and offered very informative details about the services at the hotel. My room was very clean and tidy, perfect for a short stay.
My room was very small. It was hard to even turn around! There wasn't a wardrobe where I could hang clothes, or space to put my suitcase. It was difficult to unpack because of the space restriction.

The location is excellent, very close to transportation options. The staff proved helpful . A kettle was available in my room, which i appreciated.
My room felt a bit small. I found the shower temperature fluctuating a lot. I also noticed mold on the bathroom ceiling, not ideal.

The room felt cramped. It was difficult for two people to move around at the same time. the shower leaked quite a bit. Water went all over the floor after each shower, so I had to use extra towels to clean it up!
