central location nearby restaurants free water
the location was great with many bars and restaurants nearby. two tube stations are also close. the free drinking water and tea were a nice touch after a long day.
the room was rather small with very little space for luggage storage

helpful staff many channels compact room poor lighting
the location worked well for shopping. the staff was helpful with directions. the room was clean on arrival. i found the tv had many channels.
the room size was definitely compact. i had difficulty finding space for luggage. lighting in the room was not ideal for makeup. there were few places to hang towels.

the location was awesome, right in the heart of everything! the room was modern and stylish. i enjoyed the free hot drinks provided. fluffy towels were a nice touch!

mixed feelings about this place
small room fluctuating temperature
the location was acceptable , i could walk to most places i needed to visit.
The room was unbelievably small , and i am not exaggerating. my main issue was with the shower . The temperature fluctuated wildly , alternating between scalding hot and freezing cold , without warning. there wasn't a wardrobe or drawers .

I found the location convenient. It was easy to access shops and many restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful (especially with directions). The room had everything I needed for a short stay.

the location was convenient! oxford street was easily accessible and many shops were nearby. the staff was always available and ready to assist with any queries, i found their help valuable. the room was super clean.
the room was very small and lacked storage, there wasn't space for luggage.
