the location was perfect near oxford street bond street underground station provided easy access i got a complimentary upgrade to a better room that was fantastic this upgrade occurred because of an issue with my initial room the staff resolved this problem efficiently i found the maintenance was good it was my second time here

The location was GREAT. I was able to walk to many shops and restaurants. The room was very clean upon arrival. The staff provided water and coffee refills daily, a very nice touch.
The bathroom was a bit COLD. A small heater would make it more comfortable.

i was so pleased. the location is amazing. it is near key shopping streets and attractions. i also liked the friendly staff. they remembered me as a repeat visitor. concierge recommendations were superb. they guided me to the best shopping, dinner, and breakfast spots, so helpful!
