frosted windows first floor
The breakfast was acceptable. (I liked the pastries.)
I booked a king executive room. I was given a room on the first floor. It had no transparent windows, so I could not see outside. I was told most rooms have only frosted windows. I was quite disappointed.

stellar location morning activity helpful staff unavailable parking room request
I had such a blast! the location was stellar close to borough market. i also appreciated the easy walk to borough markets. It made mornings so fun. the staff was also really awesome. They shared helpful knowledge at the bar.
valet parking was unavailable upon arrival. i also noticed no interconnecting rooms even with a request made.

Excellent Stay
helpful staff peaceful haven
The staff was very cute (I especially appreciated the prosecco). The pool was quite large for a hotel. It reminded me of a haven upon arrival with beautiful decor. The bed was also very comfortable.

The team readily met our needs after a long travel day. A kind gentleman greeted us, helped with parking options, and quickly took our luggage. A lovely young lady greeted us and was very personable. The concierge provided a fan upon request (a very thoughtful gesture).

a gem among stays
kind gentleman lovely lady amazing coffee
our arrival was so tender. a kind man greeted us with parking options and took our bags. a lovely lady checked us in. she was friendly and professional. another gentleman settled us into our room. later, my wife needed a fan and the concierge brought one to us. i had a nice conversation with shubhanrav and ashor over coffee.
the bar was crowded, and finding a seat was not easy. the noise level made conversation challenging. i wish there had been more seating available. waiting for a bartender took some time. more staff might have helped.

Really good stay defined by attentive service
warm greeting parking assistance quick concierge service friendly staff
The staff greeted me with warmth. A doorman assisted with luggage and parking options. The concierge quickly provided a replacement fan for my wife (a very nice gesture). I enjoyed a cappuccino and conversation with Shubhanrav and Ashor.
The gym was somewhat small and lacked some equipment. it's not the biggest deal, but it's noticeable

cute staff complimentary prosecco fantastic pool dark room unreplenished drinks rushed checkout
the staff was very cute at reception. i enjoyed the prosecco on arrival. the pool area was fantastic, and it was warm and inviting.
the room felt dark because a small window looked out on scaffolding. soft drinks in the fridge werent replenished . the checkout process felt a little rushed and confused, too.
