a gem among stays
kind gentlemanlovely ladyamazing coffeecrowded bar
our arrival was so tender. a kind man greeted us with parking options and took our bags. a lovely lady checked us in. she was friendly and professional. another gentleman settled us into our room. later, my wife needed a fan and the concierge brought one to us. i had a nice conversation with shubhanrav and ashor over coffee.
the bar was crowded, and finding a seat was not easy. the noise level made conversation challenging. i wish there had been more seating available. waiting for a bartender took some time. more staff might have helped.

The staff greeted me with warmth. A doorman assisted with luggage and parking options. The concierge quickly provided a replacement fan for my wife (a very nice gesture). I enjoyed a cappuccino and conversation with Shubhanrav and Ashor.
The gym was somewhat small and lacked some equipment. it's not the biggest deal, but it's noticeable

the staff was very cute at reception. i enjoyed the prosecco on arrival. the pool area was fantastic, and it was warm and inviting.
the room felt dark because a small window looked out on scaffolding. soft drinks in the fridge werent replenished . the checkout process felt a little rushed and confused, too.
