The location was special. It was minutes from victoria station. i appreciated how cute the staff were. our room had a control panel for the lights. It was easy to use. the shower was particularly nice!!!
The housekeeping wasn't as expected . It was a little disappointing. despite reserving for three people, we had amenities for only two. wifi was down for several days. This made it hard to relax.
