The location was special. It was minutes from victoria station. i appreciated how cute the staff were. our room had a control panel for the lights. It was easy to use. the shower was particularly nice!!!
The housekeeping wasn't as expected . It was a little disappointing. despite reserving for three people, we had amenities for only two. wifi was down for several days. This made it hard to relax.

the superior twin room was clean. it features two beds and an adequate bathroom. the hotel offers quick access to transport. the breakfast was standard, with multiple choices.
the gym felt a bit cramped. it could use better ventilation. i found limited options for healthy post workout snacks.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The staff ensured I did not pay for both. I experienced no stress and could celebrate my child's birthday. The room was super clean and the bed provided great comfort.
