My room had some noise issues, particularly from external street activity. The window insulation was poor. I could hear a drunk passerby. I found this disruptive.

Upon arrival, i was told my room was not ready. i arrived well after check-in time. That was not ideal. the carpet looked like it needed a clean. there was no english breakfast tea in the room.
