clean room hot water sparkling water
my superior king room was very CLEAN. the bathroom featured a tub and a separate shower with very hot WATER. free still and sparkling water was AVAILABLE.
on my arrival, i waited a while because the room was not READY.

perfect location comfortable room attentive detail
This hotel location is perfect, situated conveniently. My room was comfortable with provided amenities. The staff demonstrated attentiveness, ensuring you were happy with the room and services. I observed attention to detail throughout, elevating my stay.
My room had some noise issues, particularly from external street activity. The window insulation was poor. I could hear a drunk passerby. I found this disruptive.

The hotel offers clean, beautiful and well kept installations. These are more than sufficient for a pleasant stay of any length. You will find everything in order, promoting a good experience.

The staff demonstrates excellent service and friendliness. From reception to concierge, everyone offers great attention. Staff goes the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcome. This really adds up.

This location is perfect, and I appreciated it. A metro station is available right in front of the hotel. You can walk easily to major tourist sites. The area is very quiet.

the location proved very convenient.. westminster abbey was within a short walk. the hotel provided byredo toiletries. my room type was a beautiful king room, it had two separate sinks.
the climate control panel in my room seemed unnecessarily complex.

unfixed telephone noisy pub
The location was acceptable. It was close to many attractions.
The room phones did not work upon arrival. The bathroom telephone pulled off the wall and no one fixed it. housekeeping did not clean the bathtub. the hotel is next to a noisy pub.

excellent location accommodating staff turndown service unready room unclean carpet tea absence
The location was excellent and provided easy access to many attractions. the staff was very accommodating and eager to assist with my needs. i was given nightly turndown service. That was great.
Upon arrival, i was told my room was not ready. i arrived well after check-in time. That was not ideal. the carpet looked like it needed a clean. there was no english breakfast tea in the room.
